MSU Leads Student Volunteers in “Singha Asa Mobile Medical Unit” Mission

Mahasarakham University sent student volunteers to participate in the “Singha Asa Mobile Medical Unit” mission to support community health services. The activity reflects the University’s commitment to encouraging volunteerism and social responsibility among students.

On February 20, 2026, the Division of Student Affairs, Mahasarakham University, collaborated with the student volunteer network, including Ratchaphruek Rescue Club, M MAHA SARAKHAM Club, and the Health and Sports Science Program, Faculty of Education. A total of 17 student volunteers joined the “Singha Asa Mobile Medical Unit” activity held at Mahasarakham Beverage Co., Ltd., Na Pho Subdistrict, Kut Rang District, Maha Sarakham Province. The program is a key corporate social responsibility initiative organized by Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., aiming to promote sustainable community health care.

During the field operation, student volunteers assisted in providing medical services, particularly in screening for liver fluke infection and bile duct cancer. The proactive health screening project was conducted for company staff and residents in Kut Rang District. The activity also aimed to instill public-mindedness and volunteer spirit among students, encouraging them to contribute to society and support those in need.
