MSU Joins “Thailand Education and Jobs Fair 2024” at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center, Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia
On February 17, 2024, MSU representatives led by Dr. Sarinthree Udchochone, Assistant to the President for Public Relations and Global Image, Asst. Prof. Niwat Angkawisittpan, Deputy Dean for Administration at the Graduate School, and MSU staff attended Thailand Education and Jobs Fair 2024 to exhibit and promote undergraduate and graduate programs for international students at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center, Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Thailand Education and Jobs Fair 2024 was presided by H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, and provided welcome speeches by H.E. Oung Borat, Secretary of State of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, and H.E. Mr. Pok Pann, Secretary of State of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, the Kingdom of Cambodia.
This event was organized by Go Study Thailand, and Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh and Thailand Alumni Association of Cambodia mutually cooperated this educational event. The activities included a seminar on Thailand scholarships, presented by leading universities in Thailand such as Mahasarakham University, Prince of Songkla University, Surindra Rajabhat University, and Panyapiwat Institute of Management. In addition, there was a discussion on study in Thailand, given by Thailand Alumni Association of Cambodia. This event included exhibitors from 28 Thai universities and 22 companies, and there were over 1,000 Cambodian students attending this educational fair.
